Ingredients

• 1 hardboiled egg
• 1 teaspoon avocado or 1 teaspoon mayonnaise
• 1 small piece of carrot
• 1 lettuce leaf
• 1 small slice of celery
• 1 small slice of capsicum
• 2 currants

Directions

1. Shell egg, cut egg in half and remove yolk
2. Mix yolk in a bowl with avocado or mayonnaise
3. Hand out eggs in coloured bowls and bowls of yolk mixture
4. Spoon mixture back into the egg whites
5. Cut carrot into a triangle and attach to egg mix as a nose
6. Cut up lettuce, celery and capsicum and arrange as a nest
7. Attach the currents to egg mix as eyes
