Ingredients

For the base

  • rice vermicelli noodles (from Asian section of supermarket)

For the meat or other protein fillings, you can use:

  • roast chicken, diced
  • leftover steak, diced
  • tinned chickpeas. drained
  • edamame beans (find them in the frozen section of the supermarket)

For the veggies:

  • frozen peas
  • canned corn, drained
  • capsicum, diced
  • carrots, diced
  • canned mushrooms, drained
  • coriander
  • parsley
  • spring onion, thinly sliced

And the flavour base

  • 1/2 teaspoon stock powder, or to taste
  • 1/2 – 1 teaspoon miso paste (from Asian section of supermarket), or to taste
  • dash garlic or ginger
  • chilli sauce
  • soy sauce or fish sauce

Directions:

  1. Add noodles to your cup or bowl
  2. Top with some protein
  3. Add your veggies
  4. Add your flavours
  5. Top with boiling water and leave for about 3 minutes until noodles are soft
  6. Give noodles a big stir and enjoy

Notes:

You can make these any flavour you like.
