These banana ice creams are just what you need to cool down in the summer, or just as a sweet snack or dessert any time of the year!

Prep: 10 mins Cook time: Freeze overnight
Ingredients
Base
- 3 bananas
- icy-pole sticks
Topping ideas
- fresh orange juice
- plain yoghurt
- melted dark chocolate
- melted peanut butter
- shreaded coconut
- crushed peanuts
Directions
- Half bananas
- Insert icy-pole stick
- Leave banana plain or roll in orange juice or yoghurt or dizzle with melted chocolate or peanut butter
- Roll in extra toppings if you like; try shreaded cooconut or crushed peanuts
- Place on a tray lined with baking paper and freeze overnight
- Remove from freezer 5 minutes before serving
