Homemade fruit leather is a tad fiddly but once you taste them you will realise it was worth the effort. These are a great way to use up sad fruit and veg. And serve fruit and veg in a different way

Ingredients
- 1 cup roasted or steamed pumpkin
- 1 cup peeled apple
- 1 lemon juiced
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions
- Prepare pumpkin or you can use leftover pumpkin for this recipe
- Preheat oven to 65°C (or use a deydrator if you have one)
- Blend all ingredients together to a puree
- Tranfer to saucepan and cook until simmering
- Carefully spread a thin layer on some baking paper or use a silicon baking mat for a shinier finish
- Place in the oven for 8 hours or until it changes from creamy to clear in colour
- Cut into pieces
