Even the kids will love this smoothie with spinach, yoghurt, chia seeds and oats. Makes a great after school snack or a quick breakie.

Ingredients
- 1 cup spinach
- 150 ml milk
- 1 tablespoon yoghurt
- ½ cup frozen mixed berries
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- 2 tablespoons oats
- Squeeze honey (to taste)
- 3 ice cubes
Directions
- Add all ingredients to blender or smoothie maker
- Blend for one minute
- Serve immediately
Note
If making to serve later, give it a big shake before serving.
If not all smoothie eaten you can freeze as icy poles.
