Design your own parfait is perfect for a healthy breakfast, lunch, snack or dessert! A DIY simple sweet that can be whipped up in under 10 minutes.

Ingredients
- Yoghurt
- Rolled Oats
- Sultanas
- Cranberries
- Dried apricots
- Mango (fresh or frozen)
- Pear (diced)
- Apple (diced)
- Banana (sliced)
- Carrot (grated)
- Almonds (whole, chopped or slivered)
- Cashews
- Chia seeds
- Desiccated coconut
- Cinnamon
- Ginger
- Dark chocolate (grated)
- Frozen berries (defrosted)
Directions
- In a cup or glass begin by putting 1-2 spoons of yoghurt on the bottom
- Next layer 1-2 spoons of one of the above ingredients
- Layer another 1-2 spoons of yoghurt ontop
- Continue to layer one of the above ingredients between layers of yoghurt
