These brownies need little to be said, they are simply amazing! They are packed with black beans, avocado and spinach. No one will even know!

Ingredients
- ½ cup almonds (for gluten free) or oats (for nut free)
- 1 tin black beans, drained, washed and dried
- 2 cups baby spinach
- 1 small avocado
- ⅓ cup cocoa
- ¼ cup sunflower oil
- 2 teaspoons vanilla essence
- ⅓ cup sugar
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- 1 egg (for egg free use 1 ripe banana)
- ½ cup chocolate chips
- Extra chocolate chips, raspberries and/or pecans or macadamias for topping
Directions
- Blitz almonds or oats in a food processor
- Add black beans and spinach
- Blend well
- Add avocado, cocoa, sunflower oil, vanilla essence, sugar, baking powder and egg
- Mix until well combined
- Stir in chocolate chips
- Pour into greased and lined slice tray
- Add your choice of toppings: extra choc chips, raspberries and/or pecans or macadamias
- Bake at 180°C for 15 to 20 minutes

Use almonds to make gluten free brownies or oats to make nut free brownies.
