Ever made a dessert sushi? Try this- what a fun recipe! It’s also a great way to get the kids involved in the kitchen!

Prep:  5-10 mins

Ingredients

  • ¼ large banana
  • 2-3 tablespoons coconut
  • 1 strawberry

Directions

  1. Peel and cut banana into 3 pieces (Why not get the kids involved using our Foost first or next knife?)
  2. Dip both sides into coconut (so looks like rice)
  3. Hull strawberry (take off green), cut into three
  4. Strawberry is like the fish. Put on top of the banana
