- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 carrots spiralised or grated
- ½ tablespoon honey (note for children under 12, use maple syrup or omit)
- ½ tablespoon sesame seeds
- Heat oil in pan on medium heat
- Fry carrots for 3 minutes, stirring often
- Add honey and sesame seeds and fry for another 2 minutes, stirring often
