This make your own muesli is super versatile and can be altered to suit your taste preferences. You can make it up in the morning or make in a big batch to have as a staple in your pantry.

Wholegrain’s
- Rolled Oats
- Puffed Rice
- Puffed Corn
- Rolled Barley
- Quinoa flakes
- Rolled Rye
- Rolled Spelt
Some colours
- Sultanas
- Cranberries
- Dates
- Dried mango
- Berries (Fresh or frozen- add just before eating)

- Grated Pear/ Apple (Fresh – add just before eating)
- Passion fruit (Fresh – add just before eating)
- Grated carrot (Fresh – add just before eating)
Sprinkle of fun
- Slivered Almonds
- Hazelnuts
- Pecans
- Pistachio
- Walnuts
- Pepitas
- Sunflower seeds
- Chia seeds
- Linseed
- Desiccated Coconut
- Cinnamon/Nutmeg
Directions
- Pick ingredients from above list with a muesli formula: Mostly Wholegrain’s + some colours + sprinkle of fun
- Prep desired ingredients, wash/drain/cut up
- Combine and enjoy with your milk of choice (or yoghurt)
Notes
You can design your own muesli in the morning or make a bigger batch and store in an airtight glass jar (keeps in your pantry for 1-2 months).
For extra crunch try toasting your nuts and oats.
