Our favourite mango tango smoothie- a great idea for a snack or breakfast. You can even use the leftovers to make ice blocks!

Ingredients
- ¾ cup water
- ¼ cup mango (fresh or frozen)
- ½ banana
- Handful spinach
- Dash honey, optional
Directions
- Place all ingredients into a large blender
- Blend for one minute until well combined
- Enjoy!
Notes
Try using other fruits in your smoothie, including fresh or frozen raspberries, pineapple and blueberries.
