Let the kids get creative making this quick and colourful snack using our super easy tzatziki recipe. Perfect for after school snacks!

Ingredients
- 1 small Lebanese cucumber
- 1 cup Greek yoghurt
- 1 garlic clove, optional, crushed
- 2 tablespoons mint leaves
- ½ lemon
- 1 red capsicum
- 1 yellow capsicum
- 1 carrot
- 1 stick celery
- 1 packet round vita-wheat or rice crackers
Directions
- Wash cucumber
- Kids can dice cucumber into tiny pieces using Foost’s First or Next Knife
- Spoon yoghurt into a bowl
- Add cucumber and squeeze lemon
- Add crushed garlic (use garlic crusher or pre crushed garlic) and rip up mint into small pieces
- Mix together to form your tzatziki dip
- Spread dip onto crackers covering surface
- Cut up veggies into long sticks, kids can use Foost’s First or Next Knife to cut into smaller pieces to make eyes, nose and mouth
- Arrange different coloured veggies on cracker, two pieces for eyes, one for nose and a slightly longer one for mouth

You can use any dip you like in place of tzatziki: cream cheese, hummus, peanut butter…
