Simple and delicious. My kids love it too! Anyone can make this turmeric chicken in just over 25 minutes. Add some roast veggies and you’ve got yourself a one pan dinner.

Prep: 5-10mins Cook: 25-30mins
Ingredients
- 200mL Greek yoghurt
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 500g chicken breast tenderloins, skin removed (or use chicken breast and cut into pieces)
- 1 lemon
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Directions
- Preheat oven to 180°C and line a tray with baking paper
- Mix half of the yogurt (100mL) in a large bowl with the turmeric
- Add yoghurt mix to chicken
- Using tongs put chicken on baking tray
- Bake in oven for 20 mins
- While cooking make yoghurt dressing by mixing remaining yoghurt with lemon juice (and prepare a salad or some veggies to go with your chicken)
- Once chicken is finished in oven, heat oil in pan
- Fry chicken for 2-3 minutes each side or until golden
- Serve with yoghurt sauce and some veggies (see notes below)
Notes
