Watermelon pizza is a fun and delicious snack that the whole family can enjoy! This recipe is super simple and very refreshing on a warm day.
Prep: 10 mins
- Slices of watermelon
- Fruit: Strawberries, grapes, bananas, apple, frozen berries (or any of your choice)
- Desiccated or shredded coconut
- Spread yoghurt onto slice of watermelon
- Wash and cut fruit
- Put fruit slices, mint and pretzels onto yoghurt to decorate
- Sprinkle with coconut and sultanas
Any fruit can be used to decorate the watermelon pizza. You can even sprinkle with rolled oats, nuts or seeds.
