Design your own parfait is perfect for a healthy breakfast, lunch, snack or dessert! A DIY simple sweet that can be whipped up in under 10 minutes.

Ingredients

  • Yoghurt
  • Rolled Oats
  • Sultanas
  • Cranberries
  • Dried apricots
  • Mango (fresh or frozen)
  • Pear (diced)
  • Apple (diced)
  • Banana (sliced)
  • Carrot (grated)
  • Almonds (whole, chopped or slivered)
  • Cashews
  • Chia seeds
  • Desiccated coconut
  • Cinnamon
  • Ginger
  • Dark chocolate (grated)
  • Frozen berries (defrosted)

Directions

  1. In a cup or glass begin by putting 1-2 spoons of yoghurt on the bottom
  2. Next layer 1-2 spoons of one of the above ingredients
  3. Layer another 1-2 spoons of yoghurt ontop
  4. Continue to layer one of the above ingredients between layers of yoghurt

Notes

Carrot cake – layers of grated carrot, diced apple, cinnamon, ground ginger, walnuts, sultanas and yoghurt

Apple crumble – layers of diced apple, oats, cinnamon, coconut, sultanas, yoghurt

Tropicana – layers of mango, strawberry, banana, yoghurt, coconut

Berry nice – layers of mixed frozen berries, yoghurt, chia seeds, shavings of dark chocolate
