Make your own instant noodles. You can design the flavour! Pre-prepare in jars and just add boiling water. Or make in a flash, when looking for a quick meal or snack.

Ingredients
For the base
- rice vermicelli noodles (from Asian section of supermarket)
For the meat or other protein fillings, you can use:
- roast chicken, diced
- leftover steak, diced
- tinned chickpeas. drained
- edamame beans (find them in the frozen section of the supermarket)
For the veggies:
- frozen peas
- canned corn, drained
- capsicum, diced
- carrots, diced
- canned mushrooms, drained
- coriander
- parsley
- spring onion, thinly sliced
And the flavour base
- 1/2 teaspoon stock powder, or to taste
- 1/2 – 1 teaspoon miso paste (from Asian section of supermarket), or to taste
- dash garlic or ginger
- chilli sauce
- soy sauce or fish sauce
Directions:
- Add noodles to your cup or bowl
- Top with some protein
- Add your veggies
- Add your flavours
- Top with boiling water and leave for about 3 minutes until noodles are soft
- Give noodles a big stir and enjoy
