Even the kids will love this smoothie with spinach, yoghurt, chia seeds and oats. Makes a great after school snack or a quick breakie.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup spinach
  • 150 ml milk
  • 1 tablespoon yoghurt
  • ½ cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons oats
  • Squeeze honey (to taste)
  • 3 ice cubes

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to blender or smoothie maker
  2. Blend for one minute
  3. Serve immediately

Note

If making to serve later, give it a big shake before serving.

If not all smoothie eaten you can freeze as icy poles.
